Why am I doing this?

Today’s software development practices were designed for building software before the AI era.

The common pitfall? Trying to retrofit AI into practices, processes, and organizational structures built for the past.

I’ve spent the past few years unlearning 15 years of habits and letting go of beliefs that shaped my career as a software developer.

I’m here to imagine: What would we do differently? What practices would we never invent? What skills actually matter now?
